Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) announced today that it has sold over 275 homes worth more than ₹2,000 crores at the launch of its luxury project, Godrej Riverine, in Sector 44, Noida. The Mumbai-based real estate developer reported selling over 9 lakh square feet of area in the project, which was launched in March 2025.
The shares of Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) were trading at ₹2,054.30 down by ₹75.30 or 3.54 per cent on the NSE today at 12.20 pm.
This marks the third consecutive ₹2,000+ crore launch for the company in Noida, following similar sales performances at Godrej Jardinia in Sector 146 during Q1 FY25 and Godrej Tropical Isle in the same sector during Q2 FY24.
The newly launched Godrej Riverine project spans approximately 6.46 acres and features luxury residential apartments in various configurations. The development is strategically positioned in Sector 44, a key micro market in Noida that offers good connectivity and proximity to Delhi.
