Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for a new luxury residential project on Bogadi Road near the proposed Outer Ring Road in Mysuru. The company plans to develop approximately 0.45 million square feet of residential space with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹300 crore.
The land parcel spans 5 acres and 12 guntas. The project will allocate 25 per cent to senior living spaces and 75 per cent to luxury apartments, offering 2 and 3 BHK units.
Commenting on the development, Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Group, said, “This land deal is part of our efforts to expand our footprint in Mysuru. This project aligns with our vision of building inclusive communities that meet diverse lifestyle needs while upholding the highest standards of quality and innovation.”
This announcement follows a series of recent developments, including a definitive agreement for a land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, expected to have a gross development value (GDV) of nearly ₹2,700 crore. Additionally, the company recently launched a housing project in Yelahanka, Bengaluru, with a projected revenue of ₹2,700 crore.
The shares of Brigade Enterprises closed at ₹977.00, down by 1.61 per cent on the BSE.
