Nuvama-Cushman & Wakefield JV raises ₹1,700 crore for Prime Offices Fund

Nuvama and Cushman & Wakefield Management, a joint venture between Nuvama Asset Management and Cushman & Wakefield, announced the first close of its Prime Offices Fund with a corpus of ₹1,700 crore.

The first close was achieved within nine months, and the total target of the fund size is ₹3,000 crore, which is expected to be reached in the next two quarters.

The Fund aims to offer investment opportunities to investors in India’s commercial real estate sector, a market historically dominated by global players. It will focus on top-quality office spaces across key micro-markets in India’s top six cities—Bengaluru, NCR, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The Fund targets investments across a portfolio of new developments, as well as completed and leased assets, and has already built a robust deal pipeline for deployment.
